Welcome to Great 8
Once upon a time Paul Belanger and John Galbo organized a friends and family golf outing at Wolverine Golf Club in Romeo, Michigan. What started as a friendly scramble has evolved into a chest-out, trash-talking, Ryder Cup style, show-no-mercy competition.
The eight best players separated themselves from the rest of the pack and formed the official Great Eight. 2007 saw the launch of the official GR8 website, and now — after 30+ years — the tradition continues stronger than ever.
